Hey guys!
Dashing Through the Snow Tag was created by Astra @ A Strangers Guide To Novels. And I was tagged by quite a few people, so bare with me! Thank you Kat from The Impossible Girl Blog, Deanna from A Novel Glimpse, Joey from Thoughts and Afterthoughts, Trisha Ann from The Bookgasm Blog, and Lois from My Midnight Musing.
Name a book you’d like to see under your Christmas tree?
I’ve asked for quite a number of books this Christmas, so any of the ones above would be lovely to have under my Christmas this year!
A book you’ll be reading during the Christmas season?
Frozen Tides and Why Not Me? will be my Christmas reads this year, as I have already started both of them!
Favorite Christmas movie?
Two of the best Christmas/holiday movies ever made!
Do you like snow?
I love snow! It’s an amazing sight to behold. Especially when you wake up in the morning and see a vast expanse of white fields and streets of untouched snow from the overnight fall.
It may be tough to get through, but it sets the mood for cozy nights in watching movies and cuddling with tea and blankets!
Name a character you would like to spend Christmas day with?
It comes as no surprise who I am going to choose. He may not be the warmest character in the world, but I know deep down he has a romantic bone in his body. It’s none other then Magnus Damora from Falling Kingdoms!
To give or to receive?
I know most people say giving is better then receiving, and I agree with that 100%, but I like to receive just as much.
I never usually tell people what I want for Christmas. This frustrates them to no end, but I like thoughtful gifts. If you know me, then you’ll know what I will enjoy.
What fictional place would you like to spend Christmas at?
Hogwarts/Hogsmeade! How perfect would that Christmas be? I mean come on. Nothing screams Christmas more then Harry Potter!!
Fondest Christmas memory?
Every year I try to make fond memories during Christmas! But I guess my fondest memory would have to be the last Christmas that was just me, my parents, and my sister. The last Christmas we had as just the four of us before my sister married and had kids.
I miss the good ol’ days where I would wake everyone up to open presents at 6 in the morning!
Can you say “Christmas tree” ten times fast in a row (while pronouncing them correctly)?
Yes. It’s not that hard.
Thanks for stopping by to this great holiday themed tag! Hope you enjoyed my answers as well.
Until next time,
I TAG YOU!

I can tell you that your parents probably don’t miss you waking them up at 6am to open gifts! Haha! I hope you find some of those books under the tree!

They wake up earlier then that now. So by the time I wake up they’ve already had their morning coffees 😛

I’m surprised they’re not waking you up to get back at you for all those years. I’m seriously going to wake my daughter up at 5am on a Saturday when she’s a teenager and starts sleeping in. I’m going to make her make me breakfast and make her watch Caillou. I’m sure it will be great birth control for her.

Your book images grid thing is ON POINT. It looks beautiful!! I hope you get some of those this year! And yes I totally agree with the whole not telling people what you want thing. I absolutely hate it when people ask what I want for my birthday or for Christmas. I mean, I’m an adult and if I want something I will buy it for myself. If you want to give me a gift, then you should put some thought into it or give me something that YOU like so that it’s kinda sentimental that way. My friends usually just give up and give me a gift card… which is just the worst.

It’s all thanks to the way WordPress puts their images together now 😛
You know what? If you really can’t figure what I would like, then I’ll take the giftcard anyway… but I will remember it forever >.>

Me too. I got a $30 giftcard to a bookstore and I was like…I WONT FORGET THIS *shakes fist* Especially because I bought her a whole YA trilogy for her birthday. Not even remotely the same!

Everything, Everything was so good! I read an e-ARC of it and I plan to reread the finished copy next year! 😀 I want Court of Fives too! The Santa Clause and Home Alone, YES! I never know what to tell anyone that I want for Christmas. I’m always so used to buying whatever I want throughout the year, so by time it gets to Christmas I don’t need anything haha.

I usually just give a list of books to people of the ones that I want but haven’t purchased yet. If not I’ll take the bookstore giftcard as well! 😛
