Netflix and Books Tag

TAGS

Hey guys!

I wasn’t tagged to do this, but I don’t care it looks like fun. Netflix and Books Tag was created by  Lauren from Bookmark Lit and Erica/Christy from Novel Ink. It involves two of my favorite things, binge watching shows and reading books!

GENERAL RULES FOR THE TAG:

  • Choose a book or book series that best matches the prompt provided
  • Feel free to change the TV show if you’d like it to reflect YOUR preferences!
  • A blank set of the prompts is located at the very bottom in the scroll box
  • Feel free to use our header graphic with the usual credits
  • Link back to us and tag some friends to join in!

Vampire Diaries: your ship sank or didn’t happen

Ruin and Rising

RUIN AND RISING BY LEIGH BARDUGO

I still believe that a certain cocky, funny, and over all amusing boy should have ended up with our heroine instead of that drab boy she got in the end. (To avoid spoilers, I have left out their names.)

Friends: best cast of characters/friendships

Six of Crows

SIX OF CROWS BY LEIGH BARDUGO

This books boasts a large cast of fantastic characters you can’t help but fall in love with. They are all so flawed, but they know how to work as a team when the going gets tough.

Arrow: favorite villain

Storm Siren

STORM SIREN BY MARY WEBER

Draewulf hands down is the worst of the worst (but in a good way). He just doesn’t know how to die! And how dare he try to make our heroine his play toy!!

Orphan Black: favorite sci-fi

Red Rising

RED RISING BY PIERCE BROWN

You all know this is my favorite Sci-Fi out there. It is so EPIC that it’s on it’s own level of awesomeness. Enough said.

Mistresses: hate that you love or guilty pleasure

Unrivaled

UNRIVALED BY ALYSON NOEL

This book was so trashy, but I can’t help but love it. It was like having a reality TV show in book form. I’m not afraid to admit how much I enjoyed all the drama and overall cheesey aspects of this book.

Orange is the New Black: couldn’t stop reading

The Serpent King

THE SERPENT KING BY JEFF ZENTNER

One of my favorite contemporaries thus far. I could not stop reading. It might actually be the first book to get my to almost cry. I felt the tears coming I swear!

I had so much fun doing this tag, and I hope you all will have fun as well. Check out the bottom of the post for other show and prompt ideas! As the creators of the tag said, feel free to switch things up a bit.

I TAG YOU

Sara | Flo | Laashan & Trang | Joey | Deanna | Lois | Aimal | Jenna

Until next time,

Sig New

    1. It’s really simple! Pick a TV and then pick a prompt that best suits it! You can even change the TV shows to your liking. I only did 6, but you can do more or less if you want 😀

      Have fun!

    1. You can pick and choose to your liking. You can even change the TV show too. For example, you pick a TV you like, and then find a prompt from the list below that best suits it.

I only did 6 of them, but you’re more than welcome to do more or less 😀

  1. Netflix and books = a summary of life. 😛
I definitely agree with you about the Draewulf. He’s just so despicable and just downright evil.
You should be happy to know that I now have a copy of the Serpent King so I’ll be sure to devour that book soon.
    Thanks for the tag. 😀
