Hey guys!
Welcome back to another Top 5 Wednesday! This fun weekly meme was created by Lainey over at GingerReadsLainey. If you want to join in the fun and be apart of the #T5W … you can find all the details at the GoodReads page.
This week’s topic is Top 5 Favorite Character Names.
I’m pretty picky when it comes to the names of characters. I like unique but pretty sounding names. I also like names that come with power. As well as names with a hint of royal flair are also a interest perker for me. So with that said the names I have chosen fall in one of those three categories. And I’ll be sure to tell you which ones!
5. Manon from Heir of Fire
Manon is the head witch of her coven of viscous dragon riding warrior witches. They have sharp teeth and claws. The name exudes power and presence. You wouldn’t want to mess with her!
4. Rasha from Storm Siren
Rasha is the Cashlin princess from across the sea of Elisedd. She is regal, powerful, poised, but is never to shy away from a battle. She also has the gift to see the intentions of people before they even make their move. She’s pretty badass!
3. Aster from Unrivaled
Aster is the rich and sophisticated character vying to prove her place in the world. Her name is pretty and unique. It appealed to me more than all the other names in this book!
2. Rafael from The Young Elites
Rafael is probably my favorite regal sounding name. He is the male escort and power senser of The Young Elites. Fun fact, he was also the intended main character of the story until Lu decided Adelina would make a more exciting anti-hero!
1. Magnus from Falling Kingdoms/TMI
Magnus screams power. Not to mention most Magnus’ are hot as hell! Magnus from Falling Kingdoms is the brooding anti-hero of a Prince who struggles to get out of his father’s shadow. And Magnus from TMI is the lovable Warlock of the Brooklyn! How can you not be enamored by him.
I hope you enjoyed my Top 5 Wednesday this week. What are some of your favorite character names?
Until next time,
You can never go wrong with a Magnus 😉 They just ooze power and hot as hell haha.

I lol’d at Manon because I met a Manon this year and she was definitely a very forward person with a lot of presence.

She is quite terrifying. But I can see there is more then meets the eyes with her. She has a heart somewhere in her.

Well, let’s just say, I would want to be the one to push her in a pit with Titus! But she is growing on me 🙂

HAHA! Well there looks like she will have a budding romance with a certain prince in the next book. So there’s that to look forward too HAHA

I just finished reading Throne of Glass and I’ve been literally trying to avoid that fandom. SPOILERS HAVE RUINED MY LIFE!!!
I love the name Magnus because: Magnus Damora, Magnus Chase, and I need to read The Mortal Instrument to fall in love with Magnus Bane
