Hey guys!
Every month I post the books that I’m most excited about that are going to be released. For September I’m bringing you four exciting releases. Let’s check them out:
Queen of Shadows by Sarah J. Maas
Release Date: September 1st, 2015
Everyone Celaena Sardothien loves has been taken from her. But she’s at last returned to the empire—for vengeance, to rescue her once-glorious kingdom, and to confront the shadows of her past . . .
She will fight for her cousin, a warrior prepared to die just to see her again. She will fight for her friend, a young man trapped in an unspeakable prison. And she will fight for her people, enslaved to a brutal king and awaiting their lost queen’s triumphant return.
Celaena’s epic journey has captured the hearts and imaginations of millions across the globe. This fourth volume will hold readers rapt as Celaena’s story builds to a passionate, agonizing crescendo that might just shatter her world.
Silver Eve by Sandra Waugh
Release Date: September 22, 2015
A Healer without home or purpose, seventeen-year-old Evie Carew has found the perfect place to disappear: Rood Marsh. She can easily fade into its vast wilderness of towering reeds; leave behind the growing violence that is claiming her innocent world. Leave behind the tragedy that broke her heart and sent her far from her grandmother, cousin Lark and all she once loved.
But Evie is not alone in the marsh. A seer, a Rider, and Breeders of Chaos all hunt her—for though opposed in objective, her seekers share knowledge she does not: Evie is one of the four Guardians of Tarnec, one who can help save the world from the coming destruction if she can reclaim the stolen amulet of Death. But whether she meets true love or a brutal end on such a journey is a matter of who finds her first.
Zeroes by Scott Westerfeld
Release Date: September 24, 2015
Ethan, aka “Scam,” has a way with words. When he opens his mouth, whatever he wants you to hear comes out. But Ethan isn’t just a smooth talker. He has a unique ability to say things he doesn’t consciously even know. Sometimes the voice helps, but sometimes it hurts – like now, when the voice has lied and has landed Ethan in a massive mess. So now Ethan needs help. And he needs to go to the last people who would ever want to help him – his former group of friends, the self-named “zeros” who also all possess similarly double-edged abilities, and who are all angry at Ethan for their own respective reasons. Brought back together by Scam’s latest mischief, they find themselves entangled in an epic, whirlwind adventure packed with as much interpersonal drama as mind-bending action.
Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo
Release Date: September 29, 2015
Ketterdam: a bustling hub of international trade where anything can be had for the right price—and no one knows that better than criminal prodigy Kaz Brekker. Kaz is offered a chance at a deadly heist that could make him rich beyond his wildest dreams. But he can’t pull it off alone…
A convict with a thirst for revenge.
A sharpshooter who can’t walk away from a wager.
A runaway with a privileged past.
A spy known as the Wraith.
A Heartrender using her magic to survive the slums.
A thief with a gift for unlikely escapes.
Six dangerous outcasts. One impossible heist. Kaz’s crew is the only thing that might stand between the world and destruction—if they don’t kill each other first.

The cover for Silver Eve is beautiful and has an interesting premise. Never heard of it before but I’m definitely going to check it out.
I feel like everyone is reading Queen of Shadows right now but me and I am so scared of getting spoiled that it’s giving me anxiety. Specially with all the low ratings its been getting from my Goodreads friends, I don’t know what I’m going to do when I finally read it.

It seems to be an either you love it or hate it kind of book. It also seems a certain ship in the book does not have a good outcome. So people are freaking there shit! 😛

God, I really hope that ship is not my ship because if it is, I’m going to be very upset 😦

I guess you’ll have to read it and find out! But to be honest I think it’s dumb to hate on a book and low rate it because your ship didn’t succeed. So many bad ratings on the book because of that. SMH.

That’s too true. Hopefully, that won’t be the case for me but either way, I think I’m going to wait til the hype dies down to read it.

Same here. I’m in no rush to read it! I know it’s going to be EPIC regardless.

I finished Bardugo’s Shadow and Bone a couple of weeks ago and fell in love with the characters and the Grisha world. I haven’t finished the series yet but her new release sounds AMAZING! Zeros by Westerfeld sounds pretty awesome as well, I just finished his Leviathan series and LOVED it! He so great at world building and does it so seamlessly, I can’t wait to read his newest release!

Same here! My friend read the ARC and absolutely loved it. He can’t stop raving about it. So that gets me pretty excited to read it.

I’m so jelly of the bloggers who get their hands on ARCs, bc the wait kills me as it is, you know?! But the wait at this point is negligible! Love your blog btw, all the tag posts you do are really awesome!

It takes a lot of effort to receive ARCS. Its a blessing and a curse. You will get ARC’s that you might not like but have to read to review.
Thank you! 😀
