Series You Wish Had More Books | Top 5 Wednesday [7]

Top-5-WednesdayHey guys!

Welcome back to another Top 5 Wednesday! This fun weekly meme was created by Lainey over at GingerReadsLainey. If you want to join in the fun and be apart of the #T5W … you can find all the details at the GoodReads page.

This week’s topic is Top 5 Series You Wish Had More Books.

You always have that series that you fall in love with and then it ends and you’re left heart broken because you know there is so much more to the story. It ended perfectly… but you just want more. Well I know I’ve felt that way about a couple of series, even some of the series that I have yet to finish. For those ones, I just know that there will never be enough. So here is my list for this week!

5. Splintered Trilogy by A. G. Howard

Splintered Unhinged Ensnared

This series was just awesome! But I’m not done with Jeb just yet. I want more from him! I guess I can wait for the 3 story novella coming out in January 2016… but I still feel that it just won’t be enough. Oh the agony!!

4. Simon Vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli

Simon Vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda

I just broke the rules. I get it. I know Simon Vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda is a stand alone and this topic is asking about series’, but I just couldn’t help it. This book needs a sequel. I need more adorable Simon! I need to see where their love story goes!! I just need more…. cuteness in my life!

3. Legend Trilogy by Marie Lu

Legend Prodigy Champion

Now I wasn’t the biggest fan of this series until the very last book. I mean it ended devastatingly perfect. So why do I wish there was more? Read the ending and you will know. There is so much more story that could be told. I heard there might be a movie for the book coming out… I hope that’s true.

2. Harry Potter Series by J.K. Rowling

Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone Chamber of Secrets

Ok.. so I haven’t finished reading this series yet. As you can see I’ve only read the first two books so far. But I know how it ends, I’ve watched all the movies! I need more. Maybe a prequel about Harry’s parents, or a sequel with the children of our favorite wizards and witches! Tell that wouldn’t be awesome!

1. Falling Kingdoms Series by Morgan Rhodes

Falling Kingdoms Rebel Spring Gathering Darkness

I know I am going to be big mess when this series ends. I don’t even know what I am going to do with myself. How is it going to end? Why can’t it just go on and on forever?? At the rate this series is going, no one is going to be alive that long anyway…but but …

I may need to find a Falling Kingdoms Rehab center ASAP and reserve myself a room. Or maybe a mental institution?

Well there you have it! I hope you enjoyed my Top 5 Wednesday this week. If only I could live in these worlds! So much more exciting then the one I live!

Until next time,

  1. I definitely agree that the Legend trilogy should have a continuation! At least maybe a novella, haha:D I just really want to know what happens to the characters after the epilogue.

  2. Oh my gosh yes to Legend! Like how could Marie Lu just end it like that. It was kind of bittersweet for me. I mean I don’t want to imagine what happened next after they see each other again. I’m sure they lived happily ever after, but I must read about it! HAHA

  3. I haven’t read most that you’ve listed. But as every other post (including mine) from this T5W, SO MUCH YES FOR HARRY POTTER. ❤
